The peak safari season runs from June to October, when wildlife gathers around water sources and the Great Migration unfolds across the northern Serengeti. For quieter parks and lush green scenery, visit during the “green season” between November and March.

 

Absolutely. Tanzania is family‑friendly and highly educational. We recommend shorter morning drives and family‑friendly lodges. Most camps welcome kids above age two, though very young children may find long drives challenging.
