With Seneto Experience, your visit to Ngorongoro isn’t just sightseeing — it’s a deep dive into one of Africa’s most unique ecosystems. From early morning game drives through misty grasslands to sundowners at the crater’s rim, we craft experiences that blend raw nature, cultural encounters with the Maasai, and comfortable lodges with spectacular views.

What you'll experience

Game drives

We focus on quality, not quantity. Our customized 4×4 Land Cruisers ensure you’re never rushed—giving you time to witness moments like a lion hunt or elephants at play, up close.

Intimate wildlife encounters

Ngorongoro offers one of the most rewarding game-viewing experiences in Africa. Expect up-close encounters with an impressive array of species, including lions, elusive black rhinos, majestic elephants, herds of buffalo, zebras, and the graceful Thompson’s and Grant’s gazelles all within a single game drive.

Olmoti Crater Hike

The Olmoti Crater hike starts at a ranger station near the camp. You’ll walk along a path that the Maasai people have used for years. On the way, you’ll pass through forests, grassy areas, and rocky spots. You might see butterflies and birds flying around! When you reach the top, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the wide crater below.

Empakaai Crater Hike

Go on a fun half-day hike with a park ranger to Empakaai Crater. You’ll walk down into the crater through green forests until you reach a shiny soda lake. Thousands of pink flamingos gather here, making the lake look magical. You’ll have a snack while enjoying the peaceful view, then hike back up through the forest to the top.
